Dip in garden

Is there any way I could sort it without having to use topsoil because it's behind the garage and I think that option may lead to a damp issue.

Thanks in advance

Have you got a picture of the location you want to level?

  • Sorry, I don't and I'm not currently living at the property so can't even get one.  I was just wondering if there are any other options that don't involve soil/water cos of it being right behind the garage wall.

    Thanks.

Unless your garage has double skinned wall which most don't damp will be naturally occurring as most are built without a damp course and concrete based. We'd have to know more, how old is it, is it used to store anything that damp would affect, is the soil piled against the wall, is the drainage bad.

You may be worrying about nothing, but more information would help.
