Help please.

I bought this plant a few months ago, at the moment its still in the pot I bought it in (plastic) when can I put it in a terracotta pot and can it be left outside in the winter.

    I wouldn't repot it while it's flowering as I would worry about breaking the stems.

    Ok, I've had more flower stems come through since buying it and I can see another just poking through. Its quite large, so didn't want too lose it. I have a conservatory (unheated) should I put it in there over winter?

    On my phone so cant see it well. Looks like an echevaria. Needs to be frost free in the winter. Keep on the dry ish side. image

    Is that the same as mine Lily that flowered?  If so it looks like I need to dig mine up too, although where the sink is it is quite sheltered,would it be ok with fleece over if it freezes?
