    While you are getting wills done make sure you get Power of Attorneys in place too.

    ...in case it isn't well known....if you are aged 55 or over...you can get your Will done free of charge and properly through a solicitor, by requesting the Free Will Service offered by Cancer Research....you tell your solicitor that's what you want and fill in the appropriate form...

    .... they hope you will leave them something...can be £10.. nothing at all even.... I left them £100...which I think is reasonable.... of course they are guaranteed to get their money...eventually.... nothing to pay upfront...

    ...you can even update your will free of charge through the same procedure at a later date if you want... I did that too.... not sure if they will pay for another change after this though...
