capsicum and caterpillars HELP NEEDED!!!

Capsicum have one inch dark green caterpillars invasion

Can I spray and what with PLEASE. ? They have changed the leaves into net curtains overnight     image   must be panicking put wrong face.image C r I k e y.     done it again¡¡!¡

    I would try hand picking them off and daily inspections. image

    Thanks dove have done this ,I just wondered if there was an organic spray I could've mix ed  up or buy. I have sprayed with soapy water this morning too .

    Once they get to that size, even nasty chemical sprays are pretty useless, let alone organic ones.  Hand picking and vigilance are your only effective weapon.  image

    I have put them outside in there big pots ,thought maybe this heavy rain we are having will knock any remaining ones off !

    I am at a loss as to how and where I have got them from  this must be the fourth year I have bought  them from jersy plants .never had caterpillars on capsicum before .I did wonder if it's the cabbage white butterfly ,.
