Happy Birthday Gemma, a little alcohol is well known for killing germs and nasties, I think you owe it to the rest of us to partake of a little 'medicine' in case we catch it from you.

    Happy Birthday Gemma!!

As a qualified professional (in what I might not add) I really must insist that you give alcohol a go at getting rid of this cold.

It has been proven (by myself, Dr KEF, and Professor Dove) that a hearty dose relaxes your muscles (good for aching joints), improves blood flow (and so gets those white blood cells moving quicker), allows your mind to unwind (very important when it needs to stop thinking you have black death and concentrate on more important things like getting better) and a great many other things that I would mention but I'm at work right now so should probably be up to better things!

Just sneaking in before the day slips away to say Happy Birthday Gemma - hope you had a good one (and that you can remember it in the morning, after all these ladies led you astrayimage)
