Thanks Hollie Hock. I think I'll take the bags off in the morning and see how they go. I suppose I can always pop 'em back on again if they start to wilt. I had the same thought as you regarding the moisture getting out and air circulating around the cuttings, hence, I've been taking the bags off for a couple of hours each morning. When I go into the greenhouse the bags are full of condensation. That said, they do look healthy (the plants, not the bags!).
