Yew tree query

I Purchased 10 bare rooted yew trees from a well known supplier. the trees came in 2 packs but I have found one set is a light green and the other a dark green.
They have been planted in the same medium. Is there anyway I can rectify the problem such as adding nitrogen to the lighter green ones ?
I Have planted these as a hedge as it is going to look a bit silly if one section is different from the other
