Free Penstemon from Mag

Hi Folks Ive just received my free Penstemons from the mag all in good condition and I shall be potting them on today. Quick question should I keep them in the cold greenhouse over winter and plant them out in the spring, or plant them out in the autumn.

I would probably keep them in a cold greenhouse once the weather cools down. For now, they need slightly bigger pots and somewhere cool for the rest of the summer.
