Weed Identification

My neighbour's overgrown garden is annexing mine.  I am fighting a constant battle with Russian Vine that strangles everything, another vine (picture above) and a broadleaf plant/weed (pic also above) which is extremely vigorous and has fat underground root system similar to ground elder.  Can anyone help me to identify these two invaders and suggest ways to eradicate?  Any help on the Russian Vine would also be appreciated but access to neighbour's garden is not a given.

Thanks

The pics are a bit small but I think your vine is white briony, Bryonia dioica. Don't let it seed any more. It had roots like those mooli radishes, very long but not difficult to dig out.

Could we have another photo of the other one please, in situ maybe? so we can see how it grows

Hi Nutcutlet. Thanks for your help with the vine, much appreciated.  Local garden centre beyond useless - tried to tell me it was chickweedimage! The above photo shows just a small area where it is coming under a fence on the driveway but there are huge swathes of the stuff on their side of the fence and I don't want the same thing to happen to my garden!  Hope this is more helpful.  Thanks again.

You have my sympathy, i'm also fighting a battle with a neighbours virginia creeper.

I've spayed all my side with Glyphosate and it seems to be slowly killing the leaves on their side, so perhaps that might be an option?

Does the second one have small white flowers?  If so, I wonder if it's garlic mustard (aka Jack-by-the-hedge), Alliaria petiolata?  Crush a leaf - if it smells a bit like garlic, then that's the one:
