Leggy tomato plants

I have a new greenhouse and have grown some tomato plants in grow bags. The plants are around four foot tall now and without any flowers. I am feeding with Tomorite - am I to expect flowers later on or do i pinch out the top of the plants to force flowers ?

You're over feeding them
You don't need to feed them until the first truss of fruit has set.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
