Identifying Tomato

Hello,

Was hoping one of you lovelies had a bit more tomato knowledge than I, and may recognise this lovely. It came in a packet for 'Yellow Pear' Tomatoes, and well ... it isn't. Last year this packet provided what looked like large Roma tomatoes, but thats not whats come up this year.

The picture doesnt seem to emphasise it but they are quite ridged. Based on the research I have done its resembles a 'marmande' in shape of fruit.

I'd guess at a type of marmande, absolutely delicious tomato too!

Well when they ripen I'll have to pop some seeds and get to saving this plant. Wonder what my multi tomato packet will offer up next.

They don't look ribbed enough for Marmande but who knows? With quite different shapes coming out of the same packet in successive years there could be crossed seeds involved.
