Wilting Beetroot Leaves

For the first time I am attempting to grow beetroot - nothing too big, just in a few pots. The largest one has been doing ok but I have noticed that one or two leaves are starting to wilt. They start by going partially limp and then go altogether. There are some healthy leaves left and there is a new leaf growing in the centre. I'm keeping it outside but in partial shade and am watering it often. Is this something to be concerned about?

Have you watered them enough? Pots can dry out quite quickly in warm summer weather.

Is it the outside leaves going floppy? All of mine did that but they are all still perfectly happy and growing me lots of lovely new beetroot image

Despite my initial panic, they're not looking too bad now. I've been watering them everyday and apart from being knocked over (either by my Dad or the window cleaner, not sure which!), they seem to be doing ok. Fingers crossed image
