White specks on Tomato leaves

I just noticed this on one of my tomato plants yesterday it is planted among onions and carrots and I can't see any issues with those.
Is this an aphid problem? Any help or advice will be gladly appreciated.

For some reason the software won't allow enlargement of the photos. Are the white spots necrotic (dead) tissue? They look like eggs.
They look anything like these?
They hatched into these last year and I had them all over my peas
(Yes I actually hatched and fed them ;P)
