Plant identifying

Hi can anyone tell me the name of this plant, it's a perennial and such a lovely delicate    plant

    Without standing on my head to look properly I would guess Physostegia virginiana. But that is a real guess.

    image I just went out to compare with my obedient plant - the flowers reminded me of it but mine is still in bud.

    Hi Berghill and Victoria Sponge, apologies again for the upside down piccy, and you are both right.

    i appreciate you giving me the name because most people ask me what its called and up to now I haven't had a name so thanks again.
