What's been eating my peppers?!

 The peppers look great but the leaves have been got at ... and there appears to be a tiny cut-out circle top left of pepper with its own 'lid' ... any suggestions?  And what can I DO about it!   Thanks!

    Had the same on one of mine - 'twas a caterpillar and took quite a bit of finding as it seemed to be good at hide and seek!  Removed to bird table..

    Did you find it on a leaf or inside a pepper?!  And do you know what sort?  No sign of ANYTHING so far!
