Burnt broad bean leaves

hi
I am growing broad beans in the polly tunnel and this morning the leaves and some growing tips had blackened edges as if if burnt.
Can anyone suggest what has gone wrong

Has it been very hot? Perhaps they are burnt

Not something I've experienced with my broad beans, but I grow them outside. Everything I've read points to scorch from high temperatures.
