Poor crop of apples n bristol too and i have been eating strawberries three times a day for eight weeks. they are tailing off now but the freezer is well stocked to make up for the dearth of Bramleys.
I do not want to hijack this discussion but I have the problem that I had blossom then pollination and then the b****y ravens/rooks/other evil black birds ate/pecked off what I did have. Is this a problem for others? Surely I do not need a net for apples? It is a miniature braeburn. Love and cuddles
