grey/black bugs on my redcurrant bush

not sure what these bugs are -- they seem to gather in clusters at the top of each separate growth --- any help appreciated ===thanks

    If anyone has any Vine Weevils, could they please send them to me? I am collecting healthy weevils for research in order to develop an effective control for weevils. They are easy to collect at night with a torch and kept in a jar with fresh leaves.
