Climbing rose

My climbing rose had yellow leaves and they were covered in black spot, in fact it has been a problem this year with a lot of my roses. I bought a spray for black spot, used it  about a month ago and removed all the affected leaves, the rose, my rose now looks very sick and is not producing any flowers or new leaves, will it recover.image
