Marrow

Hi all.

I have a problem with my marrows rotting. Sometimes they rot when small and sometimes they grow stunted and the end part rots but the other end seems to grow quite normal. i have grown marrows for a number of years and always had 1 or 2 rot but not to this extent. any ideas anybody?

    It sounds to me like a pollination problem - hopefully it will improve as the season progresses - or you could try hand pollinating.

    Remove the flower when it starts to go over, soggy flowers don't help
