what plants

Hi all i live right down on the Kent coast and have chalky soil and need some advice on what would be good plants for my soil and also something hardy,my working hours don't really allow me the time i would like to spend in the garden thanks in advance for any help and tips...........image

    Buddleia go well in chalk

    Quite a lot of the common shrubs do well in chalk - Euonymus, Hypericum, Choisya, Weigela, lilac and Philadelphus.

  • well there's a few to be getting on with thanks, have got to find some ground cover plants as-well so as its not all height and it helps with the weeds.................going to dig up what i have there now because its all a bit leggy and 1 colour and cover the ground with weed control membrane first image thanks all.
