Hey, I am considering building a raised bed to plant veg in, however my garden has a slight slope how would be best to level it off?

If it's only a slight slope just dig out enough to leave the one end at, or just below, existing garden level.
Ok well, i used the excess dirt that i got from when creating the area for the bed and built it up a bit and put a border around it to make it look like one.
