Purple Basil

Hello all,

I grew some Purple Basil from seeds and it's gone massive and floppy.  I don't use it a lot (the seeds were a gift in a kit with other seeds that have failed to grow), so I am wondering where to cut it.

Do I cut the stalk somewhere?  I don't want it to stop growing, just stop it being floppy.
