Hydrangea problem

I have had a Hydrangea in a large pot for about 5 years or more and always flowers well but this year I have noticed white spots on the stems and under leaves, please could somebody tell me what it is and how to get rid of it, photo attached.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Thanks Dove, got some spray today and gave it a good dose, hope that does the trick.
