Sweet Peas

I have grown my sweet peas from seed . I planted them out to grow up a long tall frame. They look healthy etc but some seem to be dwarf and some have grown upwards no trouble at all. I think I may have got a packet of mixed seed, is this possible. If I take out the dwarf ones will I be able to plant them up in another pot or am I dreaming . The dwarf ones have started flowering.
