Is this a sign of disease or pest attack?

Hello,
I planted an Orange Cox's Pippin tree this year and it is growing well. I have noticed brown circular patches on some of the leaves. Are these are sign of disease/pest or are they perfectly normal?

Hello,
Yes i did suspect scab after having a browse on the internet. I've seen fungicides available for apple trees which I think I will try out to try and catch it early.
