I just foliar fed my plants first time. But now the water is evaporated so will the nutrition be absorbed by the plant leaves? also tell after how much time we should foliar feed the plants again

Always best to do that in the evening when the sun is not so hot.

I dont know how often to do it,  I dont do too much plant feeding, only on tubs and baskets. Then not on the foliage. What does the instructions say?

I always feed and water  to the roots.  The roots take up water and  nutrients, which are transported in xylem and phloem to the leaves. In the leaves photosynthesis takes place. No one has ever been able to explain to me by what mechanism a leaf can absorb nutrients sprayed on to it, since most leaves have a waxy layer to shed water, and openings on the underside to allow carbon dioxide in and oxygen out. Wetting the leaves  is more likely to induce rots and moulds in my opinion.

I have money plant, lichi and rose. And there are no instructions on fertilizer. (NPK (19:19:19))

Gaseous exchange through stomata on the underside of leaves.

ionic absoprtion  of elements through root hair epidermis.

leaf epidermis generally cutinized to shed water.

I still believe that mineral soultion poured on to a leaf, roll off into the soil, where they are absorbed through root hairs.

Vexxum a rose fertiliser will give you a better result. You want to feed for flowers, although it is usually done earlier on in the season.  The other plants you can feed once a month. the money plant is only slow growing so wont need a lot of feed.  I've not seen a money plant (crassula ) flower in this country, although I have seen them flowering in Perth,Australia, where they grow to about 6 ft tall, but they have no frosts.

Not sure what a lichi is (Lychee?)

I used to have a jade plant on my south facing window sill in London; it used to flower in hot summers. I fed it baby bio when I remembered (the bottle lasted 20 years, so probably not very often). When I moved to Norfolk it lived in the conservatory and flowered more often. I finally got fed up with it and put it by the gate with a large sign saying 'free house plant' and it went within a few hoursimage

I had a pair of Jade plants that flowered every year when I lived in Suffolk, but they were about 30 years old and I grew them very hard - they hadn't been re-potted for years and lived on a sunny south facing windowsill with the occasional drink of water and an even more occasional spell outside in a downpour to wash the dust off the leaves.  image
