One last plant ID thread!

Hi again, please could anyone tell me what species of hosta I have here? I was given one of them and got the other unlabelled, reduced in price and looking dejected at a garden centre. The first pic has leaves about 12-15cm long and the second (lime greeny one) are about 8cm long.

The other plant was tiny when I picked it up at an allotment sale. It's now grown to about 20cm in height but hasn't done anything in the way of flowering yet.. Any ideas? Thanks again. Mel

Victoria is bumping you up to the top of the forum because you haven't had a reply.

'Bump' just means to reply without having an answer to get the question back to the top of the list (many readers only use the 'latest posts' button.)

I think it might be a young Shasta daisy.  If so, it might flower soon otherwise it definitely will do next year.

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Could be one of the leucanthemums though which one is hard to tell without the flower.
