Help with identifying plant

Hello,first post on here,my mother in law has this plant but can't remember the name of it,if anyone can help we would be most grateful.

    Oleander?

    Oleander without a doubt.

    I think it's oleander I don't know any cultivation tips but I know it's from sunny climes. Please note it is very poisonous, I'd check the details online.
