Potato blight?

I planted potatoes before last frost and being in the North of the UK, we had LOTS of rain since then. Do my potatoes have blight? I dug up a couple of the new potatoes last month and they looked really healthy but the foliage on top has deteriorated a lot more since then. I am safe to dig them all up now considering that they never flowered?

Sorry but I'm really new at this so would appreciate any advice from any knowledgeable gardeners out there.

I can't enlarge the picture to zoom in, but that doesn't look like Potato Blight to me.  I think the colour of the leaves either indicates that the soil is poor, or that they're ready to harvest. Not all varieties of potato produce flowers - I'd dig a few up and see what you've got image
