An article for Stacey and the newly joined Wazz (I think that's your name on the chilli seed swap thread??). It looks like chilli fever is getting everyone.......and it's in the Daily Snail so has to be true image

    Im sure i watched something recently that said the heat you feel from eating chillies makes the body release a compound/ hormones or something that makes you feel good! Maybe i should have paid more attention, but you get the idea! image

    I tried chilli chocolate for the first time a few weeks ago. Managed to some how eat the entire packet so it must have been good!!

    Diets don't work. Eating in moderation works. It has to be sustainable for the long run.



    Therefore buy the chocolate just don't eat the whole packet in one go!image
