paper clips great idea. I won't complain about the "rubbish" kept just in case in the draw in the garage any more. Such a useful stash. Strawberry harvest not very large with two baskets but maybe next year I will try again... Luckily the slugs haven't found them yet.
I put a couple of shelves on the fence in a previous garden and put some troughs of strawbs on them. Kept them off the ground and the slugs and snails had to work a bit harder if they wanted any
