Weed or plant!?

Hi there I am a bit of a novice to gardening - any ideas if this is a plant or a weed, I have one in a pot plus one thats appeared somewhere else.  Many thanks

    Thank you.  thats what my name said - how about this one?  It seems to be sprouting everywhere!

    I think that's a sorbaria

    I think that might be a Sorbaria,  a shrub in the rose family
