Unknown nasties. Help please

I've just checked on the plants in my greenhouse & noticed in only one of the pots of my chilli plants there are these tiny little maggots in the soil, they're a lot smaller than run of the mill maggots but i'm guessing they're not going to be beneficial if i leave them. Has anyone any idea what they might be & how to treat them?

If it helps i have noticed greenfly & whitefly in there which i have treated.

Possibly soil gnat lavae, but thats a guess, one of the others will know, probably a good idea to repot anyway, are the plants otherwise healthy? image

Ok, no rush then, might be worth putting a bit of citronella oil or a couple of the citronella garden candles in there to help disguise the smell, no need to light them image

One of the experts will know exactly what it is, they will be around soon image

Are those alive?  Are they moving?
