Unknown plant

Can anybody tell me what this flower is? There are 1 or 2 dotted around on a wild patch of ground where I walk my dog.

    The wild one shown (Oenothera biennis) can be a bit invasive but there are some rather nice cultivated forms called Oenothera Odorata which have a fantastic scent and larger more refined flowers.
