My fatsia japonica is failing should I cut it down?

Hi Colette - you picture hasn't uploaded - you need to click on the green tree icon on the toolbar above where you type your post, and follow the instructions to upload a photo from a pc. Sadly it doesn't work for phones - yet.
If you can't get it to work let us know

Can you tell us more about where it's planted, how long it's been there, how you feed and water it etc.

No it's at the back but what I've done is chopped its head off and planted other shrubs around ot see what happens x thanks for your interest
