hydrangea problem?

I have taken a hydrangea cutting (I think it is a lacecap).  It has been growing quite well but now all the new leaves are coming through white.  Does anyone know why?

    No not in direct sunlight and get plenty of watering.  It is as if I have grown a new strain.  It looks quite healthy - just with white leaves.

    Have you repotted it in proper compost for flowering plants?  It may just be short of nutrients.

    It is now growing in the garden. Perhaps I should feed it?
