    Hi

Are the twigs on plant9 corky? If so it might be euonymus alatus, which has fantastic autumn colour. Very slow growing for Euonymus.

I don't think it's Cornus alba 'Sibirica', as that cultivar of Cornus alba has bright red stems. Cornus sericea ' Flaviramea' has yellow or bright green stems. It is a cultivar of Cornus alba, though. Probably C. alba 'Elegantissima', since there's a hint of red on the stem and branches.
