sweet or tea olive in the uk

Im thinking of cultivating some tea olive tree seeds. Will they survive our cold south east welsh winters. Ill probably try and pot them inside for this years winter tbh. All input welcomed thanks

It's Osmanthus fragrans - the Kew website says in the UK it's best grown in a glasshouse or conservatory or against a warm wall

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Just looked it up out of interest and it is osmanthus fragrans. Burncoose has it half hardy- temps down to 0 only.
