Personally I would wait for the fuzzy seedlings later this year and then move them where I wanted over winter, that's what I did with two I found on the path last back end, although I later chucked one of them.
There is probably a more professional way though...maybe collecting the seeds when they have ripened, that sort of thing... Anyone know?

There are so many it doesn't matter if they don't all germinate
In the sticks near Peterborough
