    Hi buddy boy, sounds like a beautiful place, yes, can be difficult to garden in an exposed area, i used to have a very exposed plot on an allotment, i used to by poly tunnel plastic on a roll to cover my greenhouse which would last around a season, but it had to be buried about a foot at the bottom to stop the wind lifting it. Good luck, lets keep our fingers crossed for a calm year image

    Hi Buddy boy, I created a bed in the greenhouse for toms and cucumbers this winter on Monty's advice and the toms have gone absolutely ballistic, but the proof will be in the tasting! Being patient but expecting a glut!

    They may be better in my soil then as im a bit of a scatter brain and do forget to water now and again image
