scilla peruviana

Had this given to me 4 years ago with a beautiful flower on it. Have nurtured it since in a pot but never another bloom. From the leaves it looks as if it has made several small plants instead of one big bunch of leaves together. What should I do with it?

Split the bulbs up and plant in the garden in fertile soil in a sunny position.  I think it's starved of nutrients.

Eventually I've done as you suggested. there was one very large bulb in the centre and 6 others around it. After pulling them apart I've put the big one on it's own in a pot with new compost and the others all a 13inch pot together until they mature enough to flower. I gave everything a good liquid feed, like I do with my Lilies in pots after they've flowered. Fingers  crossed I may get one to flower next year.
