Tomato Plants with Acne

I have some tomatoe plants that have small white growths all up the main stems

They have just started to flower

? Any thoughts friends

Everyone is just trying to be Happy.....So lets help Them.

    Dove......they are my sons plants in Telford and i was asking on his behalf and hopefully Edds answer will solve his challenge

    Edd is spot on.....'primordium' I think it's called. Similar to root veg tops having the capacity to re-root in a saucer of water......in fact, pineapples are grown using the same principle.
