these flowers grow everywhere around Mundesley erein Norfolk,im told they are weeds but they really are cracking looking tall plants ,anyone know what they are ,sorry my phone cam is rubbish

it's a wld veronica, and yes very pretty and will selfseed everywhere - but easy to remove when they are really in the wrong place
Why don't I have such pretty plants growing around here! We only have weeds in London
It looks like Linaria purpurea. also called toadflax. You can get a pink version called "Canon J Went" as well. They will seed around the garden. They are ideal for a wildish garden as the bees love them.
Hi .,Iv followed the two up and they are so alike, the Linaria looks the one we have here, they are growing everywhere, on almost all the roads and lanes,,perhaps you could start seeding Fidge you would only need to start them off as they self seed like theirs no tomorrow and a cracking colour and when they finish they pull up in one piece roots and all the perfect plant. nice day erein Norfolk cheers for the info folks
