Growths on quince and pear leaves

Hello, My quince and pear tree leaves are covered in something that looks like a brown hairy lump about 5mm in diametre. Has anyone got any ideas what it could be? (I have photos of the leaves but am not sure how to post them on here.) Thanks in advance

HI Cackers. If you click on the little green tree you can upload a photo and then I am sure someone will be able to help. If you are on a mobile you won't see the tree, you need to be on a pc or laptop etc.
