silly mistake

Can anyone help or advise me please? I stupidly soen some poppy seeds yesterday, but I put them into pots instead of the trays I didn't scatter them as much as I should of. Is there any way of saving them from being to close by just transferring all pots and contents into the tray?

    Poppies don't transplant well. Could you scatter the contents of the pot on the garden?
