    hi all sorry been trying to reply for days... but for some reason my box for writing in wouldnt come up...

    yes it was wonderful meeting him heraing talk about him and his garden and all.. i loved hearing hsi dream at 17 that told him gardening was for him. and about their jewellery business they once had.. (hence the jewel garden name) and to hear and see how it started and become what we see today.. and to hear why his writing garden start after his stroke.

    A man who is a wonderful speak very elloquent speaker.. and had us all entralled throught the hour or more long talk.. to meet him was wonderful a man with such an amazing air and vibe about him.. a man truely of the earth. xx

  • Hi Gardeningfantic, I think he was talking about the filming of the BBC series - Around the World in 80 Gardens. I watched these on BBC iPlayer earlier this year. I am not sure when they were first broadcasted though... sorry  They might not be on the iPlayer anymore. You can try Youtube. I have watched a lot of gardening programmes on there too!
