I have been feeding them Tomorite but it hasn't made any difference. I have 8 other tomato plants & they are 4 times the height of these two & very healthy. I will get some Epsom Salts & give that a go.

I don't feed tomatoes until the first truss of fruit has formed, and only once or twice following that.
Possibly they've been overfed and this has caused an imbalance of nutrients?

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
