Mushrooms/Toadstools in Lawn

Hi all, my lawn has become infested by mushrooms (or toadstools - I don't know the difference). I've never had this problem before and have no idea how to get rid of them (or what to do to ensure they don't come back). Any ideas? Thank you!

Always lots of fungi around at this time of year. They'll be gone shortly to reappear next time conditions are right. I wouldn't worry about them.

There have been loads of recent discussions on this subject recently-it is the time of year and the wet conditions-they will disappear as quickly as they appeared.
