bowles mauve
in Plants
my bowles mauve is 2/3 years old. I bought this and love this plant as it flowers for most of the year and I just need to cut back and it keeps on giving.
however, this year I have only had 1 flower on it. there is no sign of any new flowers developing either. its as if it has gone blind. any ideas anyone

They're not long lived. If there are healthy shoots take some cuttings.

When mine get to that stage, i take cuttings and bin the plant.

the plant is healthy. not woody at all. looks like it could have been bought in the local garden centre its that healthy looking - just no flowers
Maybe it will come good then. Its still a bit early given that its flowered its little socks off all year, perhaps it is just having a rest.
If its a good plant, the greenery alone is nice.
